We’re Trying some things out.

This is a short collection of song and music excerpts from our performances. We’re a multidisciplinary arts project container, hosted by siblings Corrina and Jessica Dawn. Inside, we visit with the songs & stories from our ancestors of Gàidhlig, Breton, Acadian, Queer, and Unknown Origins, along with unearthing a catalogue of our own songs, with a sprinkling of deep folk cuts of our childhood. Our performances and practices sometimes also include dance, live illustration, and digital projection installations, and land somewhere between concert and cèilidh - in Gàidhlig, ‘to visit' by way of music and stories.

This material has been workshopped over a lifetime of song collection and writing. It has been mounted as 'Bodies of Water', a full-length theatre production in 2019 with a cast of 13. Since then, excerpts have been performed at festivals and concerts with between two and ten performers.
